The 30-odd members of the daimyo's procession, led by the lord of the Soma Nakamura clan is said to have left Iitate near the border in the morning and then have disappeared. Iwase Danjo, the feudal lord in control of the domain is preventing the news to leak out... and Sanzo and Gosuke are almost executed in prison to keep them from talking.
